At Santa Cruz Shredder, we stand by the quality of our premium smoking accessories and home goods. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the item is unused and in its original retail packaging; securely pack the product to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own trackable shipping method to the outside of the box, clearly marking the RMA number.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
